Hypnotherapy for entrepreneurs and high performers.

The patterns that compound at scale — chronic anxiety, decision fatigue, scarcity around money, the nervous system cost of holding everything together — don't yield to more discipline. They yield to subconscious work. Marina's clients include founders, partners, and executive operators.

Why high performers reach for this work

The pattern is recognizable: outwardly successful, internally exhausted. The drive that built the company is the same drive that won't allow rest. The careful identity that says 'I'm fine' while the body is telegraphing otherwise. The success that's supposed to feel like something and doesn't.

Conscious work — therapy, coaching, books — usually got you to a clear understanding of the dynamics. You can articulate them. You can see them coming. And they keep happening anyway.

That's the signal that the pattern lives in the subconscious. Hypnotherapy is built for exactly that situation.

Why this audience tends to do well with hypnotherapy

Entrepreneurs and senior operators are typically high-functioning, evidence-oriented, and used to results. They're not interested in performative wellness. They want something that actually does something.

Hypnotherapy meets that. It's clinically rigorous, it produces measurable shifts, and it works in fewer sessions than most modalities — which matters when the calendar is the scarce resource.

Marina's clients in this segment are often privately surprised by how directly the work hits. They expected something softer or more spiritualized. What they got was precision.

What a session looks like for this audience

Marina starts with a real conversation. What's actually present. What you've already tried. What you're not sure even fits in this format. She's not interested in surface-level disclosure — she's interested in the pattern that's actually running.

The hypnotherapy work is direct. Marina trained under Randall Churchill at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute — one of the more clinically serious programs in the field. She doesn't run scripts. She tracks what shows up and works with it at the level it actually lives.

For deeper or more compounding work, Marina recommends her 30-Day Soul Alchemy Immersion. Four sessions over a month, plus a custom recording for daily reinforcement. That structure produces sustained subconscious change rather than a single shift that dissipates.

The clients who get the most from this work are not the ones who arrive in crisis. They're the ones who arrive with the slow accumulation — six years of being fine, four months of noticing they're not, and a willingness to actually do something about it before the cost gets larger.

What changes (and what doesn't)

What changes: the nervous system finally has access to genuine downregulation. The internal critic that ran the show quiets to something workable. Money decisions stop feeling like crises. Sleep returns. You stop being surprised by your own reactivity. The space between stimulus and response widens.

What doesn't change: the ambition. The work ethic. The standards. Marina's clients aren't looking to become different people — they're looking to keep operating without it costing what it's been costing.

What also doesn't change: the things you haven't decided to change. Hypnotherapy isn't covert restructuring. It works with what you actually want to address. If you're not done with the pattern yet, the pattern will hold its ground. That's a feature, not a bug.

Discretion and confidentiality

Marina works with a number of clients whose public profile requires discretion. Her practice is private — no public client list, no testimonials with full names unless explicitly cleared, no marketing material that references identifying details.

She's also worked with founders and operators through their companies — quietly funded, framed as wellness, never disclosed to teams or boards. If that's the right structure for your situation, the option exists. Reach out directly to discuss.

If you're operating at altitude and ready for the deeper work

Marina takes a small number of new 1:1 clients each quarter. Reach out with what's actually present, and she'll respond directly.

Common questions

How many sessions will I need?

Most high-performer clients work with Marina in a series — typically the 30-Day Soul Alchemy Immersion (4 sessions over a month) or an ongoing monthly cadence after the initial work. Single sessions can produce real shifts but the patterns running at this level usually warrant the deeper container.

Can this be done virtually?

Yes. Marina's high-performer clients are split roughly 50/50 between Austin in-person and virtual sessions worldwide. The work is internal — the location is largely irrelevant. Many clients prefer virtual because they can integrate in their own space immediately after rather than transitioning back to ordinary life.

Is hypnotherapy compatible with therapy or coaching I'm already doing?

Yes. Hypnotherapy works at a different layer than talk therapy or coaching, and the modalities reinforce each other. Marina is comfortable coordinating with your existing providers if that's useful.

What's the investment?

Single sessions are $400. The 30-Day Soul Alchemy Immersion is $1,700 (four sessions plus custom recording). Past Life Regression sessions are $475. Marina is direct about what she thinks the work requires after the first session — no upsell pressure, no packages designed to extract.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Executive coaching works on the conscious mind — strategy, structure, decision frameworks. Hypnotherapy works on the subconscious — the layer where anxiety, identity, reactivity, and money patterns actually live. Coaching changes what you do. Hypnotherapy changes what you don't have to fight against to do it.

Can companies sponsor this for executives?

Yes. Marina has worked with founders and executives through their companies, typically framed as executive wellness or leadership development. The structure is flexible. Reach out directly to discuss arrangement and discretion.
